Nativz Esports Club is thrilled to announce its new League of Legends Academy team which is set to compete in the Four Nations 2nd Division Qualifiers starting on 13 January 2025. This marks a significant milestone for Nativz Esports Club as it embarks on a new chapter following its recent strategic departure from the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC).

The newly formed Academy Team will showcase the exceptional talent available across Ireland, drawing not only from the 21 teams competing in the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series but also re-engaging with past Irish collegiate players.
This exciting mix of emerging and experienced talent reflects Nativz Esports Club’s commitment to nurturing homegrown players and providing them with pathways to excel on a national and international stage.
The Academy Team roster includes Sean 'Renghis' Kelly, Ewan 'Shpee' Forsythe, Michael 'BB Muffin' Smirnov, Justin 'Kaisinel' Siak and Cormac 'Ocht' Harmon with James 'Wiggy' Mulgrew leading the charge as Head Coach. Together, they will guide the team through the competitive Four Nations Division 2 Qualifiers.
A Renewed Focus on Irish Talent
The move to the Four Nations represents a shift in focus for Nativz Esports Club, reaffirming its dedication to the Irish esports ecosystem – rebuilding from the ground up.
