Domestic Shipping - the delivery service chosen for all orders for delivery will be chosen at the point of dispatch. The times of shipping are used from the point of dispatch, not from the time that the order was placed.

International Shipping - any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Dispatching of Orders - although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible due to our delivery partner cut off times for collections. In order for us to prepare orders for dispatch, we will close off the picking of orders at 4pm daily. Any orders placed after this time, will be rolled over to the following morning for dispatching.

Pre-Orders - products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website, if other items are within your order, these will beheld until your full order is available so we may send all items at once.

Non-Shippable Addresses - For contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is among those addresses we will contact you and cancel your order. 

Undelivered Items - We aim to deliver all of our orders andkeep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 21 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 21 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.

Incorrect Addresses - we will not be held liable if incorrect address information is entered by the purchaser upon checkout process as the shipping providers will not deliver goods to incorrect addresses.Please ensure all details are correct at time of purchase.

PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Credit Card Checks - sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.

Shirt Printing - where shirt printing is made available shirts, those shirts requiring personalisation may take an EXTRA SEVEN DAYS before they are ready to be dispatched. Please refer to the printing disclaimer with regards to all terms and conditions of sale.
