REFUND POLICY

POLICY SUMMARY
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging, in re-sellable condition within 28 days of the purchase date. Sale items can be exchanged but no refunds or credit notes will be issued.

Please note; we will not accept responsibility for lost goods when returning items.

All items must be returned in re-saleable condition along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with.

Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Videos, jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty.

Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering.

REFUNDS PROCESS
To arrange a return please email info@nativz.gg and include "Return Request" in the subject line.

We will then need you to include the merchandise, the physical receipt, address details and with a cover note indicating if you require a return or an exchange.

Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed. Please note - all returns are paid for by the customer as we do not offer a free returns postage.
